What Is New Members Class?
New Members Class is the first step toward membership at Eastpoint Church. Whether you’re new to Eastpoint or have been attending for a while, this class is designed to help you learn more about our church, our mission, our beliefs, and how you can become connected to the life of the church.
During the class, you’ll hear the story and vision of Eastpoint Church, learn about our commitment to biblical discipleship, and gain a clear understanding of what church membership means. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet church leaders, ask questions, and learn about the many ways to get involved through Community Groups, serving opportunities, and ministry areas.
Why Membership Matters
At Eastpoint, we believe church membership is more than simply attending services. Membership is a commitment to worship, grow, serve, and live in biblical community alongside other believers. It is a way of identifying with the local church and partnering together in the mission Christ has given His people.
Because membership is important, New Members Class is required for anyone seeking to become a member of Eastpoint Church.
